Entry 3: Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment
Entry 3 measures your knowledge and skills of curriculum, instruction assessment and technology and your use of student feedback and reflection to enhance learning. You will choose 3 students who represent the range of learners in your class. Entry 3 gives you an opportunity to reflect on:
- instructional strategies (Criterion 1a)
- assessment strategies (Criterion 1b)
- the design of a challenging curriculum (Criterion 1d)
- the integration of technology (Criterion 1f)
- the evaluation of your own teaching practice (Criterion 2a)
For this entry, your written commentary and artifacts should clearly demonstrate your methods of instruction, means of assessment, integration of technology and how you use each of these to actively engage students in their own learning and pursuit of the learning targets.
